#BlogBattle: Intercept

Make sure to check back and read some of the stories of your fellow battlers. Leave comments to encourage these writers, and share each other’s stories!

    • Hi Chris and great to see you here! Nice story. I left a comment just now, but am assuming it’s gone to moderation or spam as it’s not appeared. Thought I’d let you know in case it has gone somewhere else entirely!

I’m adding this to the entries now. You can find that from the drop down menu top left under Battle Entries. This months is live now with easier links listed together rather like an online short story anthology. New prompts go live in the first week of each month, usually a Tuesday.

    • I know! The months have come and gone with such rapidity this year that I cannot possibly imagine actually completing the projects I so wished to have done! If I can get just one done….
I can at least intercept the months by writing a short story for blog battle this month!

      • I’m in the same boat! I really must publish something this year! Although I’m fairly certain I said that last year too. Having sad that I’m pondering intercept now. Even thinking of starting it tomorrow…although where it leads I’m not quite sure…except Corona (The AI from that prompt) is jabbering something!

          • Ha, ha! I’ve just seen your ping back here! If you’ve not started compiling the entries I’ll add them in a minute…if you have I’ll check new ones are up. Well done too. Often for busy schedules doing straight away is more likely to get one in. I know if I’m not on it quickly then time flips past too fast. Speaking of prompts… when do you want to compile next years lol

          • Lol, I was looking through the scheduled posts and it struck me it might be an idea to try and make time before Christmas hits! Next week sounds good. Six each and random it up as you say. That gives us over a year to write stories!! Heck surely we can do that 😂😂
