To give us all a head start for the month, I’m going to do the words and genres by month instead of week. That way, if you’d like to write your stories ahead of time, or work and rework them before posting them on the given date, then you’ll have some extra time.
I’ll post February’s words and genres the last Monday of January and so forth each month. How does that sound? I think this will work out well, and I’ll always be reminding each week. There’ll be a link in the menu that will bring you to these posts too, so it will be easy to find the info! YAY!

Fan fiction! 😂 That ought to be a fun week!
I have never written in any of these genres. I am so looking forward to practicing way out of my comfort zone. These looks fun.

Me too, Sarah. It should be interesting, to say the least. I need some new challenges. And to get out of my own head. 😀

I sit on the edge watching, keeping an eye from a distance. Have I the resolve to join the game? I ask myself… can I grasp the challenge?
Tugging open the secret drawer I removed the invisible bag, pulled my pants over my tights and fastened the royal blue and yellow cape to my skin tight vest. I hold my note book and pen in my hand and punch the air.Roaring at the top of my lungs… “I am super scripter! I have resolved to grasp the challenge go forth and with all my super hero self I will conquor!”
Wel I think that means I may join in soon if you’ll have me?

I hope it will help the planners and give the pansters some fun too. 🙂 Thank you! I’m glad you’re a part of all this, David.
LOL Thanks. Who knew I’d be yelling, “I killed it!” or “I died!” right along with my kids.

I am hoping that this will make it easier! 🙂 BTW, my kids finally convinced me to play Minecraft with them….they’ve created a monster. I’m supposed to be working, but I hear the Xbox calling my name. UGH lol

I’ve always loved building (I’m an original SimCity player) and organizing games, and I was afraid I’d like it. Well, I’m a hooked. LOL

We mostly play in peaceful (because Mom is a wuss…), but occasionally my younger son takes me into the next level up, not full on monsters, but the other one. Can’t recall what it is called. There are monsters. I have now killed several skeletons, a few spiders, several of those ones that make you float (can’t remember the name), a zombie pigman (on accident), and a couple creepers. I have some serious castles that I’ve built into mountains, plus a modern house on top of one. haha

It’s great isn’t it? The monsters add a fun dimension, especially when you kill one and they follow you!
