Oh no! I’m so sorry, Simon. I don’t know what happened. I’ll get it in the mix asap. 😦 SO sad I didn’t see the link. I’m wayyyyy far behind here too, so that doesn’t help, but it also looks like WP missed giving me a whole bunch of my notifications.

Oh no! You have done just right. It’s totally my fault (and maybe a little WP) that I haven’t replied or posted your story yet. I’m so sorry for that! Next month will hopefully go more smoothly. 🙂 Normally I’m not this far behind, but I think there might have been a WP glitch somewhere and I missed a whole bunch of notifications. 😦
That said, WELCOME to the battle! We hope you find a home here among these lovely writers and make some great connections as well as be inspired as a writer!

The idea of the site helps inspire my to continue writing. Hetty is the main character in a continuing story on am working on. I enjoyed reading the other stories and the different interpretations of the word.

I’m so glad to hear it. 🙂 And just so you know, the new word for May is live! 🙂 It is AIRTIGHT! 🙂 Have fun with that one. We’re looking forward to see how blog battle inspires your next phase of Hetty’s story!

Thanks for posting again! I’m so sorry that I didn’t see the notifications as they came in. I am sure WP is not all to blame on that front, so I do apologize! Nice bit of story, btw. 🙂

How is it almost the end of the month and I haven’t shared this #Blogbattle Stories post yet? You’ll want to read these stories for SHIFT (and there’s still five days to add your own to the list!). Enjoy some fiction and meet some new and new-to-you authors. ❤

Yay! Sorry for the delay! The last week has been a little crazy with a research project I’m doing for work that’s taken up every extra moment, but we’re back on track, I think. Phew!
